Pricing & Order Policies

Payments and deposits
Half down on all pre-orders. Balance must be paid in full when the customer is notified of completion and before items are shipped.
Credit and debit transactions
Credit / Debit transactions are subject to a 6.26% tax.
Shipping
Shipping on all items: $24.95.
Cancellations
We require any cancelled orders to be processed within the first 24 hours of ordering, or you will lose the refund/item.
Personalized orders
Any orders that are customized with a name or personal badge number are not returnable and nonrefundable.
